Overview
ZBT-10 paper cup body Stiffness meter is a special testing instrument under the CHENCHI brand, which is mainly used for the measurement of the stiffness of the paper cup body. The instrument is designed according to the principle of mechanical Stiffness meter in QB/T2294-1997 "Paper Cup" and other standards. It adopts motor-driven contact movement, encoder measurement stroke, force Sensor measurement resistance, and is controlled, data processing and report output by computer system.

Principle
The instrument drives the contact forward or backward through the motor, and the movement stroke of the contact is accurately measured by the encoder. When the contact touches and squeezes the cup body, the resistance generated by the cup body is measured in real time by the force Sensor. The control, data collection and measurement calculation of the whole test process are completed by the built-in computer system, and the final result is displayed through the monitor and the test report is output by the printer.

Steps
1. Prepare the instrument and place the paper cup to be tested.
2. Set test parameters (e.g. speed, moving distance) through the touchscreen.
3. Start the test, and the instrument automatically drives the probe to complete the extrusion action.
4. The system automatically collects and processes data.
5. View the test results on the monitor, and output the report through the printer or connect to the computer to save the data and Linear dispersion.

According to test standards and requirements, set parameters such as test speed and probe movement distance correctly.
Periodically calibrate the instrument to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.
