CHENCHI GZQ-PB flat dryer is a drying equipment specially designed for thin sheet samples such as fibers. It adopts flat structure, with digital temperature control, uniform heating and rapid moisture removal functions, suitable for laboratories and other occasions that require precise drying.
Features

Principle
The equipment sets and maintains the required temperature through a digital control system. The heating elements are distributed in full size and use light wave heating to evenly heat the samples placed on the fine grinding heating surface. At the same time, the built-in large suction fan quickly discharges the water vapor generated during the drying process, accelerating the drying process.

Steps
Place the equipment in a test environment with a temperature of 10 to 30 ° C and a relative humidity of not more than 85%.
2. Connect the 220V 50HZ power supply.
3. Set the required drying temperature (room temperature~ 105 ° C) through the digital temperature controller.
4. Place the sheet-like sample of fibers to be dried on a 600 × 350 mm drying plate.
5. Cover the breathable heat-resistant fiber upper cover.
6. Start the equipment, start the heating drying process, and the large suction fan works synchronously to discharge the steam.
7. After drying, turn off the power of the equipment and take out the sample.

* The maximum drying Film thickness is 15mm, please do not exceed the limit.
