With CQCS3 quality management software, it can realize PC-side Color data management, color difference comparison and test report generation, which is convenient for high-level color management.

Principle
High Accuracy color difference meter DR-20 uses 8 °/d illumination mode and LED light source. After the ray of light is irradiated to the measured object, the reflected light is received by the silicon photodiode Sensor. The instrument calculates the chromatic value of the object in the Color space such as CIE LAB, LCh, XYZ by analyzing the light spectrum data of the reflected light, and compares and evaluates the color difference according to the Color difference formula such as Delta E * ab.

Steps
1. Turn it on and the instrument will automatically correct.
2. Use the light positioning or camera viewfinder positioning function to align the measurement aperture with the target center of the measured object.
3. Press the measurement button for measurement, and the measurement time is about 1.5 seconds.
4. Read chromatic value, color difference value, pass/fail result and Color bias information on the instrument display screen.
5. The measurement data can be stored (100 master standards, 20,000 samples) or transferred to the PC through the USB interface, and further analyzed and managed using the CQCS3 software.
Notice
• Please use the instrument in an operating environment of 0~ 40 ° C (32~ 104 ° F).
• Instrument storage environment is -20~ 50 ° C (-4~ 122 ° F).
• Ensure that the measured part is clean, flat and located in the center of the measurement aperture during measurement.
• The standard whiteboard built into the instrument needs to be kept clean and can be wiped when dirty.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to properly charge and maintain the lithium battery.
The lifetime of the lighting source is about 5 years or more than 1.60 million measurements.
