Overview
DOHO series D60 (6) Standard light source Color Assessment Cabinet is a six-light source Color detection equipment with UV light wave part, which can provide detection results close to natural sunlight. It can use multiple light sources independently or in combination to effectively detect fluorescent whitening agents on products, dyestuffs and coatings, and has a multi-light source switch function to facilitate the detection of homochromatic phenomena between samples.
Features
1. Display the usage time, name, and number of switches for each light source.
2. The light source is automatically switched, with the same color spectrum function.
3. No preheating required, no flashing, ensuring fast and reliable evaluation of Color.
4. Low energy consumption, no heat (no heat dissipation required), high luminous efficiency.
5. Equipped with more complete British and American standard light sources.
6. The name of the light source can be changed, making it more convenient to add a light source.
Principle
Standard light sources (such as D65, TL84, UV, etc.) simulate different lighting environments. The user can place the sample to be tested in the box, and observe the Color at different color temperatures and Light spectra by switching the light source, so as to accurately calibrate Color deviation, and detect homochromatic heterochromatic phenomena (that is, Color matching changes under different light sources) and the effect of fluorescent whitening agents.
Applications
Color management in various industries such as Spinning & Weaving, Toys, Printing and Dyeing, Plastic, Paints, Inks, Printing, Pigments, Chemicals, Pottery and porcelain, Footwear, Leather, Hardware, Food, Cosmetics, etc
Standards
British and American standard commonly used light sources
Steps
1. Place the sample to be tested in the light box.
2. Select and turn on the corresponding light source (e.g. D65, TL84, UV, etc.) as required.
3. Color of the sample is observed under different light sources for comparison and proofreading.
4. The multi-light source switching function can be used to detect homochromatic heterochromatic phenomena.
5. Turn off the light source after use.
Notice
• Please make sure to use in a stable environment to avoid external rays of light interference.
• Pay attention to light source switching when operating to accurately evaluate Color.
• Keep the inside of the light box clean to avoid contamination affecting observation.
• No preheating is required, but it is recommended to turn it off in time after use to save energy consumption.
• Pay attention to the weight of the equipment and be careful when handling.
