Overview
AISRY ASR-XJJ-7.5 Simply Supported Beam Impact Tester is mainly used for the determination of Impact toughness of Non-metallic materials such as rigid plastics, reinforced nylon, frp, Pottery and porcelain, cast stone, electrical insulation materials, etc. The equipment is a satisfactory test equipment for the chemical industry, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges and mass inspection departments.
Features
1. Using microcomputer technology, it is an intelligent digital display Impact Tester that can automatically correct the energy loss caused by friction and wind resistance, eliminating the need to rely on numerical charts for correction (the detection of the remaining energy of the pendulum after the specimen is broken and the correction of the energy loss is completed at one time during the Impact process).
2. Using electronic display test results, the reading is intuitive, which improves the accuracy and Precision of the Impact Machine.
3. The swirl/spin encoder circular grating angle measurement technology is adopted, which has the advantages of high accuracy, good Stability and large Measurement range. Digital display of thrusting energy, Impact strength, pre-lift angle, lift angle, average value, and automatic correction of energy loss.
Principle
The testing machine is released by the pendulum rising to a certain angle, and the sample placed on the jaw support is impacted. The swirl/spin encoder circular grating technology is used to accurately measure the angle change of the pendulum, and combined with the microcomputer system, the energy loss caused by friction and wind resistance is automatically calculated and corrected, so as to directly output the data such as the thrust energy and Impact strength of the sample digitally.
Applications
Chemical industry, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges, mass testing departments
Standards
ISO 179、GB/T 1043、JB/T 8762
Steps
1. Select the appropriate jaw support spacing (40mm, 60mm, 70mm or 95mm) according to the sample.
2. Place the specimen correctly on the supporting jaw.
3. Raise the pendulum to a pre-lift angle of 150 °.
4. Release the pendulum to Impact the specimen at an Impact Speed of 3.8m/s.
5. After the test is completed, read the results such as thrust energy and impact strength from the digital display screen.
Notice
• Before use, make sure that the equipment is firmly installed and check whether the moving parts such as the pendulum are normal.
• When selecting the jaw support spacing, it should match the sample size.
When placing the specimen, ensure that its center is aligned with the center of the pendulum Impact (the distance between the center of the pendulum and the center of the specimen is 395mm).
• During operation, do not stand within the swing range of the pendulum to ensure safety.
• Maintain the equipment regularly and check the condition of the Impact blade (angle 30 °, fillet radius R = 0.5mm) and the supporting blade (fillet radius R = 1mm).
Equipment operating environment should meet the requirements to avoid strong electromagnetic interference.
