Overview
ZB-A whiteness Colorimeter is a multifunctional instrument for measuring object whiteness, yellowness, Color, color difference, paper Opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient, light absorption coefficient and inks absorption value. It is widely used in papermaking, printing, Pottery and porcelain, chemical industry, Spinning & weaving printing and dyeing, building materials, grain, salt making and other industries, and can provide a variety of professional measurement data including ISO luminance, CIE whiteness, Hunter whiteness, yellowness, etc.
Features
1. Appearance of the instrument is novel and compact, and professional circuit design ensures accurate and stable measurement data.
2. Simulate D65 illumination body illumination, using CIE 1964 supplementary chroma system and CIE 1976 (L * a * b *) color space Color difference formula.

Principle
The instrument is based on the diffuse reflection/vertical method (d/o geometry) for measurement. It simulates D65 Standard light source illumination, collects and analyzes the diffuse light signal on the specimen surface through the built-in diffuse ball and light absorber, and eliminates the specular reflection interference. The instrument converts the received light signal into the corresponding chroma parameter and whiteness value according to the CIE colorimetry system, so as to achieve accurate determination of Color, whiteness and related Optical inspection characteristics.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ) and turn on the instrument.
2. According to the measurement requirements, select the corresponding Measurement mode or function through the prompts of the Chinese LCD screen.
3. Place the sample to be tested on the test hole (the test plane of the sample is not less than φ 30mm, and the Film thickness is not more than 40mm).
4. Follow the prompts and the instrument will automatically complete the measurement.
5. The measurement results will be displayed on the screen, optionally printed out through the built-in thermal printer.
6. After the measurement is completed, the data can be stored or communicated with the computer through the RS232 interface.
Notice
* Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10%, frequency 50HZ, to ensure the normal operation of the instrument.
* Sample size to meet the requirements: test plane diameter not less than 30mm, Film thickness not more than 40mm.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench to avoid vibration and direct exposure to strong light.
* Regularly calibrate according to the instructions for use to ensure measurement accuracy.
* When using and storing, pay attention to dust and moisture, and keep Optical inspection parts clean.
When connecting or disconnecting any interface, make sure the instrument is turned off.
