Overview
ZHIBANG ZB-BJ30 pneumatic adhesive peel strength tester is a special instrument used to measure the adhesive strength between sanitary napkins and pads and cotton fabrics.

Principle
The testing machine drives the High Accuracy ball screw through the servo motor, drives the clamping mechanism to move, and disbonds the adhesive-backed sample from the cotton fabric at a constant speed (such as 400 +/- 10mm/min). During the process, the force value Sensor accurately measures the disbonding force, thereby measuring the adhesion strength.

Standards
GB/T 8939-2018 "Sanitary napkins (including sanitary pads) ", ISO 1924 paper and Cardboard tensile strength determination, GB/T 12914 paper and Cardboard tensile strength determination
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%) and the air source (working pressure 0.3~ 0.5MPa).
2. Set the test parameters on the touchscreen.
3. Install the specimen with a width of 80mm on the pneumatic clamping mechanism as required.
4. Use the foot switch to start the test.
5. The instrument automatically completes the disbonding test (disbonding distance 60mm), and displays the force value Linear dispersion and results (such as average value, standard deviation) on the screen.
6. After the test is completed, the instrument can be automatically reset.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10%, frequency 50Hz.
• Ensure that the working pressure of the gas source is stable within the range of 0.3 to 0.5 MPa.
The instrument should be placed on a stable workbench.
• Before testing, please install the specimen correctly according to the standard requirements.
• Regularly maintain and calibrate the instrument to ensure Precision ( +/- 1%).
• Pay attention to the overload protection function of the instrument to avoid overload use.
• The instrument weight is 70kg, and safety should be paid attention to when handling.
