Overview
ZHIBANG ZB-BJ30 manual adhesive peel strength tester is mainly used to determine the adhesive strength between the adhesive of sanitary napkins and pads and cotton fabrics. The device is driven by a servo motor and equipped with a large-screen color touch LCD display. Degree of automation is high, which can directly obtain measurement results and perform data communication.
Features
1. Using servo motor, low noise and accurate control
2. Adopt color large-screen touch LCD display to display various data in real time
3. Simple parameter setting, convenient and reliable testing
4, directly obtain measurement results, including average value, standard deviation
5. Degree of automation: data processing and motion control, automatic reset and overload protection
6. Data communication: The instrument is equipped with a standard serial RS232 interface, which can provide data communication for the host computer comprehensive reporting system
Principle
The testing machine is driven by a servo motor to disbond the adhesive from the cotton fabric at a set constant speed (e.g. 400 +/- 10mm/min). The built-in force value Sensor of the device monitors the force value change during the disbonding process in real time, and calculates the Peel Strength and other results through the processing system.
Applications
Sanitary napkins, pads
Standards
GB/T 8939-2018 "Sanitary napkins (including sanitary pads) ", ISO 1924 paper and Cardboard tensile strength determination, GB/T 12914 paper and Cardboard tensile strength determination
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the device.
2. Set relevant test parameters on the touchscreen, such as disbonding speed.
3. Install the sample (width 80mm) on the fixture as required to ensure that the adhesive is bonded to the cotton fabric.
4. Place and fix the pressing block (62mm x 80mm, 500g).
5. Start the test, and the equipment automatically performs the disbonding process.
6. After the test is completed, the device is automatically reset, and the screen displays the measurement results (such as average value and standard deviation).
7. Data can be exported through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V +/- 10%, 50HZ before use.
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded to prevent electric shock.
When installing the specimen, ensure that it is flat, free of folds, and that the briquettes are placed in the correct position.
Do not touch moving parts during the test.
• Regularly calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure Precision ( +/- 1%).
The equipment is heavier (70kg), so it is necessary to pay attention to safety when moving.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
