Overview
Corrugating meter (also known as corrugating machine) is a device used for preparing CMT corrugated core flat pressing and CCT corrugated compression test samples. The instrument is suitable for pressing standard corrugated waveforms when measuring the flat compression strength of corrugated core base paper. After corrugating, it can be measured with a computer compression tester. It meets relevant standards and is a testing equipment for paper mills, scientific research, mass testing institutions and other departments.
Features
1. Adopt single-chip microcomputer control technology.
2. High Accuracy Temperature Controller Accurate Temperature Adjustment, PID Control mode with Temperature Automatic Compensation Mode, Fast Response Speed and High Steady State Accuracy.
3. Digital display of actual temperature and set temperature.
4. With over-temperature protection device.
5. The set parameters can be automatically memorized after power failure.
6. With parameter self-tuning function.
7. Adopt precision gear transmission mechanism.
8. Standard buttons are sensitive and durable.
9. Automatic corrugated base paper corrugating method.
Principle
The instrument is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, using a High Accuracy temperature controller to heat the corrugated roller to a set temperature (such as standard Operating temperature 175 ° C), and drives the corrugated roller to a specific speed (such as 4.5rpm) swirl/spin through a precision gear drive mechanism. Under the set working pressure (adjustable range 49~ 108N), the corrugated core base paper is automatically corrugated to press out a standard corrugated waveform.
Applications
Paper mills, scientific research institutions, mass testing institutions
Standards
QB1061、GB/T2679.6、ISO7263
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V, 50Hz).
2. Operating temperature is set by temperature controller (adjustable range RT +~ 200 ℃, standard 175 ℃).
3. Wait for the instrument to heat up to the set temperature and stabilize.
4. According to the test requirements, adjust the working pressure (range 49~ 108N).
5. Place the corrugated core paper in the designated position of the instrument.
6. Start the instrument, and the corrugating roller performs automatic corrugating at a speed of 4.5 rpm.
7. After the corrugation is completed, take out the pressed standard corrugated waveform sample.
8. The sample is combined with a computerized compression tester for subsequent flat compressive strength measurement.
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V, 50Hz before use.
• The temperature of the instrument is high, please pay attention to safety and avoid burns.
Do not make unnecessary adjustments or touch moving parts while the instrument is running.
• Regularly check the transmission mechanism and electrical connection of the instrument.
• After setting the parameters, the instrument has a power-off memory function, but it is recommended to record important parameters.
• The instrument has an over-temperature protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
• Do not use beyond the adjustable range of working pressure (49~ 108N) and temperature (RT +~ 200 ° C).
• The instrument weight is about 52Kg, so pay attention to safety when moving or installing.
• Please follow relevant standards (such as QB1061, GB/T 2679.6, ISO7263).
