Overview
ZB-TJD adjustable distance Paper cutter is a special punching and cutting device designed according to QB/T1671 standard. The product has a simple structure and is easy to use. It can accurately cut the physical performance test standard size samples of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous sheet materials to ensure that the samples do not leave burrs, and the adjustment of the cutting width is convenient and reliable, and the size is accurate.
Features
1. Simple structure and easy to use.
2. Cut the sample without leaving a rough edge.
3. Adjusting the cutting width is convenient and reliable, with accurate dimensions.
4. It is a special tool for preparing standard size samples for physical performance testing of paper, Cardboard and other sheet materials.
Principle
The paper cutter cuts the material placed on the platform under manual operation through a precisely designed blade and an adjustable positioning mechanism. By adjusting the positioning device, the width of the sampling strip can be precisely controlled to ensure that the cut sample meets the standard size requirements and has a flat edge without burr.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous Sheet Materials - Physical performance tests - Standard size specimens are prepared
Standards
QB/T1671 "Paper and Cardboard Physical performance test for the general technical requirements of punching sample apparatus"
Steps
1. According to the required sample width, adjust the Paper cutter positioning device to the corresponding size.
2. Place the paper, Cardboard or Miscellaneous sheet material to be cut flat on the Paper cutter work platform.
3. Ensure that the edges of the material are aligned with the positioning datum.
4. Operate the handle and press the blade down smoothly to complete the punching.
5. Remove the cut standard sample.
Notice
• Do not exceed specifications, the maximum sampling length ≤ 350mm, width ≤ 320mm, Film thickness ≤ 1.0mm.
When adjusting the width, make sure that the locking is reliable to ensure that the sampling width error is within +/- 0.15mm.
• Please keep the material flat during operation to ensure that the parallelism on both sides of the sample is less than or equal to 0.1mm.
• Clean the knife edge and platform after use and store it properly.
• Pay attention to safe operation and avoid placing your hands under the blade.
