Overview
ZB-KY series carton compression testing machine is a special large-scale test equipment for corrugated cartons and similar Encasement containers for compressive strength test and stacking strength test. The equipment is a mechatronic structure, mainly composed of a force system and a measurement and control system. It adopts a color touch widescreen as the man-machine operation interface, with stable and reliable performance, high measurement accuracy, powerful test function and simple and fast operation.
Features
1. Strength test: It can test the maximum pressure resistance of boxes such as cartons.
2. Quantitative test: preset data can be set as required to detect whether the box meets the preset compression or deformation requirements.
3. Stacking test: Stacking test can be carried out under different conditions such as 12 hours and 24 hours according to the requirements of national standards.

Principle
The testing machine is a mechatronics structure, mainly composed of a force application system and a measurement and control system. The force application system consists of an AC servo motor system, a mechanical deceleration system, a High Accuracy screw drive system and a force application pressure plate, which is responsible for applying pressure. The measurement and control system adopts High Accuracy Sensor and mainstream ARM chips, which have powerful data processing functions, which can automatically track the test process, record the test results, and display the test data and Linear dispersion in real time.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ).
2. Set the test parameters (such as test type, preset force value or deformation, stacking time, etc.) through the color touch screen man-machine interface.
3. Place the carton or Encasement container to be tested in the center of the platen.
4. Start the test, and the device will automatically compress at a set speed (e.g. 10mm/min).
5. During the test, the system automatically tracks and displays data such as force value, deformation and Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the test is completed, the device automatically records the results, and the pressure plate returns quickly (up to 100mm/min).
7. The test data can be transmitted to the host computer through the RS232 interface for further processing.
Notice
• Power supply voltage within AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ range.
When placing the sample, ensure that it is located in the center of the platen to ensure the accuracy of the test.
• Note that the maximum force range of the device is 0.1~ 10kN, please do not overload it.
• Regularly check the parallelism of the platen to ensure compliance with requirements (< 2 * B mm/1000, B is the platen width).
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects between the pressure plates.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment without authorization.
