Overview
ZB-KY20 carton compression testing machine is a large-scale special equipment used for corrugated boxes and similar Encasement containers for compressive strength and stacking strength testing. The machine adopts mechatronics structure and is composed of a force application system and a measurement and control system. The force application system includes AC servo motor, mechanical deceleration system, High Accuracy screw and force pressure plate. The measurement and control system adopts High Accuracy Sensor and mainstream ARM chips, with strong data processing ability. The test process is automatically tracked and recorded, and the data is displayed in real time with Linear dispersion. It supports computer communication. Equipped with a color touch widescreen as a man-machine interface, menu operation, Response quickly, with stable performance, Measurement accuracy, powerful test function, simple and fast operation.
Features

Principle
The testing machine drives the mechanical deceleration system and the High Accuracy screw drive system through the AC servo motor to drive the force pressure plate to apply pressure to the Encasement sample. The measurement and control system uses the High Accuracy Sensor to collect the force value data in real time, and the ARM chip performs data processing to automatically track the test process, record the results, and display the test data and Linear dispersion in real time on the color touch screen to realize the automation and precise control of the test.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ).
2. Perform parameter settings (such as preset force value, deformation, test time, etc.) through the color touchscreen human-machine interface.
3. Place the carton or Encasement to be tested in the center of the platen.
4. Start the test, and the device automatically compresses at the set speed (e.g. 10mm/min).
5. During the test, the system automatically tracks and displays the force value-deformation Linear dispersion and data in real time.
6. Automatic stop after the test reaches the end condition (e.g. maximum pressure, preset deformation, or time).
7. View and record the test results, and transfer the data to the host computer through the RS232 interface.
Notice
The equipment should be installed on a stable and flat foundation to ensure that the parallelism of the platen meets the requirements (< 2 * B mm/1000, B is the longest side of the platen).
* Before testing, please confirm that the sample is placed in the center of the platen to avoid partial load affecting the test accuracy.
* Do not exceed the rated force range of the device (0.1-20 kN) for testing.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects between the pressure plates.
Regularly check the lubrication of mechanical transmission components, such as lead screws.
Keep equipment clean to avoid dust and debris from entering electrical and mechanical parts.
Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify the internal structure of the equipment.
If any equipment malfunctions, it should be shut down immediately and a professional should be contacted for maintenance.
