HUIDA HD-6004 single wing drop tester is used to test the damage of items after falling after Encasement, helping Manufacturers take effective measures to control the wear and tear of product Encasement during handling. Principle
The device simulates the possible fall of Encasement items during handling by precisely controlling the drop height and angle. During testing, the tested items are lifted to a set height and released, so that they fall freely against the baseplate. Impact performance is evaluated by observing the degree of damage to Encasement and items.

Steps
1. Fix the tested item on the testing machine bench
2. Set the required drop height parameters
3. Start the device for lifting operation
4. Automatically release items after reaching the set height
5. Collect and record test results
6. Clean up the test area for the next test

• Power supply voltage meets AC380V requirements before operation
• The test load must not exceed the 100Kg limit
• Specimen size should not exceed 1000 * 800 * 1000mm
• The drop height setting should be within the range of 300~ 1500mm
• Net weight of the equipment is about 600kg, it is necessary to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the installation ground
