Overview
HUIDA HD-6010 Ink Rub Resistance Tester is used to test inks adhesion to determine inks mass. The machine can perform dry grinding test, wet grinding test, decolorization change test, paper fuzz test and special friction test to evaluate the abrasion resistance or abrasion resistance of ink on paper or Cardboard.
Features
1. Operation mode of microcomputer control and digital display
2.Four-speed adjustable Friction Frequency (21/42/85/106cpm)
3. 0~ 99999 automatic shutdowns can be set
4. Support a variety of test modes: dry grinding, wet grinding, decolorization change, paper blur and special friction test
5. Sample size 230 * 60mm, friction area 50 * 100mm, friction Travel 60mm, friction load 2lb/4lb
Principle
Microcomputer controlled friction head on the surface of the specimen to set Frequency and Load reciprocating friction, simulate the actual use of abrasion, testing inks abrasion resistance performance, so as to evaluate its adhesion and mass.
Applications
Paper and Cardboard inks test
Standards
JIS-5071-1、TAPPI-UM486
Steps
1. The size of the prepared sample is 230 * 60mm
2. Select the test mode (e.g. dry or wet grinding)
3. Set Friction Frequency (21/42/85/106cpm)
4. Set friction load (2lb or 4lb)
5. Set the number of friction times (0~ 99999)
6. Start the test, and the machine will automatically run until the set number of shutdowns
Notice
• Ensure that the sample size meets the requirements of 230 * 60mm
• Correct selection of Friction Frequency and Load according to test requirements
• Do not exceed 99999 times when setting the number of frictions
• Check the status of the machine before operation to avoid overload use
