Overview
This tester is a FARUI brand FR-1326 inks decolorization tester, which is mainly used to test the decolorization degree of inks. It can simultaneously detect the adhesion of inks in all directions to judge the degree of decolorization.
Features
1. Microcomputer control, LCD display Operation mode
2. Can set 0~ 99999 friction times and automatically stop
3. Support 2lb/4lb friction load selection
4. Friction Frequency 43cpm, Friction Travel 60mm
5. Sample size 230 * 50mm, friction area 50 * 100mm
Principle
The sample layer to be worn and the abrasive paper rub against each other at a specified speed under the action of the load friction body. Determine the ink layer or coating Abrasion Resistance by measuring the amount of density reduction before and after friction or the amount of Coating thickness reduction.
Applications
Printing ink layer abrasion resistance testing, PS plate photosensitive layer abrasion resistance testing, related product surface coating abrasion resistance testing
Standards
GB7706、JISK5701、ISO9000、JIS-5071-1/TAPPI-UM486
Steps
1. Prepare a 230 * 50mm sample
2. Set the required number of friction (0~ 99999)
3. Select friction load (2lb or 4lb)
4. Start the equipment for friction testing
5. Automatic shutdown measurement density or thickness change
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V before use
• Ensure that the sample size meets the requirements of 230 * 50mm
• Select the appropriate friction load according to the test requirements
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment
• Record data in time after the test is completed
