Principle
The device drives the slider to move at a set speed through the flexible transmission system, measures the friction force when the material slides, and automatically calculates and displays the dynamic and Static COF using the microcomputer Control system, and analyzes the slippery and discrete properties of the material.
Steps
1. Prepare the upper and lower samples, with sizes of 63 * 63mm and 80 * 200mm respectively
2. Set the traverse speed of the slider (standard is 100 +/- 10mm/min or 150 +/- 10mm/min, can be customized)
3. Select the test standard (GB, ISO or ASTM) and test type (dynamic friction, static friction or dynamic and static friction)
4. Start the device for testing and control through keyboard operation
5. Observe the test data, results and Linear dispersion displayed on the LCD screen
6. Automatically save test data for query and statistical analysis
7. Output test report
Notice
- Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ to avoid voltage instability affecting Test accuracy
- The mass of the slider is 200 +/- 2g, and it needs to be weighed accurately when using it
- Specimen size must not exceed the maximum limit (upper sample 63 * 63mm, lower sample 80 * 200mm)
- Check whether the equipment is running smoothly before the test to ensure that the flexible transmission system works normally
- Periodically calibrate Measurement accuracy to maintain +/- 0.02N Precision
- When saving data, note that the device can only store 6 test results, and export or clean them in time
- Follow the microcomputer control instructions during operation to avoid data errors caused by misoperation
