Overview
YN-DLD100 Basis Weight Sampler is a round Basis Weight Sampler for Grammage detection of paper Cardboard samples. It uses stamping sampling to quickly and accurately cut 100cm ² standard samples. This product uses specially treated die blades, which do not need to be replaced without special high-strength materials or man-made damage. It is suitable for paper laboratories and Quality control departments to ensure accurate data for every weighing from the first time.
Features
1. Use stamping sampling method to quickly and accurately cut 100cm ² standard samples
2. Special treatment of mold blades, non-special high-strength materials or man-made damage do not need to be replaced
3. sampling area 100cm ², sampling error +/- 0.35cm ², Precision +/- 0.2mm
4. The sampling thickness range is optional: 0.1~ 1.0mm or 0.1~ 3.0mm
5. Dimension 220 * 300 * 435mm, weight 25kg, easy to use in laboratory
6. Environmental requirements: Temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, Humidity < 85%
Principle
By using the Basis Weight Sampler, a standard sample of 100 cm ² was cut, and then the sample was weighed on the Balance. The weighing result was calculated to obtain the product's Grammage, expressed in grams per square meter.
Applications
Paper Cardboard, Spinning & Weaving Products, Paper Towels, Copper Foil Aluminum Foil, Plastic film, Sheet, Diaphragm, Metal Sheet, Silicon Wafer, Foil, Corrugated Board, Woven Fabric, Knitted Fabric, Coating Fabric, Nonwoven Fabric, Diaper, Medical Respirator, Solid Electrical Insulation Material, Adhesive Tape, Geosynthetics, Rubber and other sheet materials weight detection per unit area
Standards
GB/T 451.2、ISO 536、QB/T1671、GB/T460、GB/T1540、GB/T426
Steps
1. Use Basis Weight Sampler to cut a 100cm ² standard sample
2. Place the cut specimen on the Balance for weighing
3. Calculate the Grammage value of the product according to the weighing result
Notice
• Ensure that the working environment meets the requirements: Temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, Humidity < 85%
• No need to replace the blade for non-special high-strength materials or man-made damage
• Choose the appropriate sampling thickness range according to the material thickness: 0.1~ 1.0mm or 0.1~ 3.0mm
• Pay attention to avoid man-made damage to the blade when sampling
• Proper handling and storage of cut specimens to ensure weighing accuracy
