Overview
YN-KTD300 adjustable distance Paper cutter is mainly used for standard sampling of high-strength sheet material samples with thickness less than 5mm. It adopts imported linear slides for precise parallel positioning, which can quickly and accurately cut the sample area. It is suitable for cutting various types of paper, film, non-woven fabric, plastic plate, metal sheet and other samples.

Principle
The equipment ensures the precise parallel movement between the upper and lower knives through the imported linear slide rails, and applies shear force to the sheet material placed on the sampling table by using the specially treated high-Hardness precision grinding steel blade, so as to quickly and accurately cut out the sample that meets the area requirements.

Steps
1. According to the thickness requirements of the sample, adjust the cutting spacing of the Paper cutter through the ruler.
2. Place the sheet material to be cut flat on the sampling table panel.
3. Push or operate the equipment to make the upper knife press down smoothly along the linear slide rail to complete the cutting.
4. Remove the cut standard sample.

This equipment is mainly used for cutting materials with a thickness of less than 5mm.
• When cutting high-strength materials, if there is a deviation in accuracy, the blade can be finely ground to restore accuracy.
• Please ensure that the material is placed flat during operation to ensure the cutting mass.
• Device weight (about 25kg), be careful when moving and placing.
• Do not use beyond the range to avoid damage to the blade or equipment.
