Overview
The YINUO YN-RCT-B ring pressure center plate is a special sample reproducing plate for the paper Ring Crush Test tester, which is a necessary accessory for Ring Crush Test testing. The center plate consists of 1 master plate and 13 sub-plates, which can hold 13 samples of different thicknesses in the range of 0.1~ 1.0mm. It is suitable for standard ring pressure samples with a size of 152 * 12.7mm. It is a special tool for papermaking and scientific research institutions to conduct related testing.
Features
1. Specially designed for paper Ring Crushing Test, it is a necessary accessory for testing.
2. It is composed of a master disk and 13 sub-disks, with a complete structure.
3. Covering 13 loading sizes from 0.1 to 1.0mm, suitable for specimens of different thicknesses.
4. Suitable for standard size (152 * 12.7mm) annular pressure specimens.
Principle
The ring pressure center plate is combined with the mother plate and the sub plate of different specifications to form an accurate sample loading space. The cut standard ring pressure sample (152 * 12.7mm) is inserted into the clamping structure composed of the corresponding sub plate and the mother plate, so as to fix the sample on the Ring Crush Test tester to ensure that it is accurately positioned when under vertical pressure, so as to measure the accurate Ring Crush Test value.
Applications
Paper ring pressure measurement, bobbin paper ring pressure measurement
Standards
GB/T 2679.8、GB/T 6546、GB/T 6548、GB/T 2679.6
Steps
1. According to the thickness of the paper to be tested, select the corresponding specifications from the 13 sub-discs.
2. Combine the selected sub-plate with the master plate to form a sample loading plate.
3. Insert the cut 152 * 12.7mm standard annular pressure sample into the loading tray.
4. Place the center plate loaded with the sample in the test position of the Ring Crush Test instrument as a whole for testing.
Notice
• Please confirm the thickness of the sample before use and select the sub-disc of the corresponding size to ensure the clamping accuracy.
• Please handle with care when operating to avoid bumping or deformation of the center plate (especially the edge of the sub-plate).
• Keep the center plate clean, and clean up the remaining paper scraps or dust in time after the test.
• Do not use the center plate for specimens beyond its specified thickness range (0.1 to 1.0mm).
• When storing, the child plate and the mother plate should be properly returned to avoid loss or confusion.
