Overview
YN-TDQ stiffness Sampler is a special equipment for preparing standard specimens for bending stiffness test and crease stiffness test of paper, Cardboard, film, Plastic film and sheet. It can accurately cut 38mm * 70mm bending stiffness specimen and 38mm * 36mm creased stiffness specimen to ensure that the edges of the specimen are parallel, thereby ensuring the smoothness and repeatability of subsequent stiffness test results.

Principle
The Sampler quickly and accurately punches the material to be tested into standard size samples by stamping cutting method, using a High Accuracy quenching tool. Its core is to ensure that the two long sides of the cut sample have a very high degree of parallelism (≤ 0.015mm) to meet the strict requirements of the stiffness test on the geometry of the sample, and to provide standard and consistent samples for subsequent tests.

Steps
1. Place the Sampler smoothly on the work surface.
2. According to the test requirements (bending stiffness or crease stiffness), select the corresponding mold or positioning device.
3. Place the material to be sampled flat on the base of the Sampler and align it with the cutting position.
4. Smooth and fast operation of the handle to complete the stamping sampling.
5. Remove the cut standard sample for subsequent stiffness testing.
Notice
• The sampling thickness range of this equipment is 0.1~ 1.5mm, please do not use beyond the range.
• During operation, ensure that the material is placed flat and aligned with the cutting position to ensure sampling accuracy.
• Avoid using equipment to cut materials that are too hard or contain hard impurities to prevent abnormal damage to the blade.
• Device weight is 13kg, please pay attention to safety when moving and placing.
• When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to carry out anti-rust treatment on the knife edge and other parts.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or replace the tool by themselves.
