YN-TDY01 microcomputer bending stiffness tester is a testing instrument for measuring the flexural stiffness of paper, Cardboard, film, plastic, metal sheet and other composite sheet materials. Principle
The working principle of the stiffness tester is based on the measurement of the force or moment required to bend the specimen at one end to a 15-degree angle under specified conditions, expressed in mN. If the specimen is too large or breaks when bent to a 15-degree angle, the bending angle can be adjusted to a 7.5-degree angle for measurement. Multiply the result by 2 to obtain an approximate value and indicate it in the report.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample, the size is 38 * 70mm, and the actual measurement size is adjustable;
2. Set test parameters, including bending angle, test time, return speed, etc.
3. Use the automatic zero adjustment function, no need to manually rely on the sample;
4, start the test, the instrument automatically controls the angle change and measurement;
5. After the test is completed, it will automatically reset, and the force value and angle value will be cleared.
6. View and print the test results for data statistics.
Notice
Make sure the sample size meets the requirements before testing.
• If the specimen is too large or broken, the bending angle can be adjusted to 7.5 degrees, and the result should be multiplied by 2 and noted in the report.
• Avoid human interference when using automatic functions;
• Regularly calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy;
