Principle
The Working Principle of this instrument is to combine double-sided tape, sample, and double-sided tape into a sandwich structure and press it between a metal flat anvil and an aluminum block. By striking the inner surface of the upper part of the aluminum block with a pendulum, the aluminum block is turned over, thereby destroying the sample in the Z direction. The energy absorbed during the destruction of the sample is calculated by measuring the position of the swing. The result is expressed in J/m ².

Steps
Prepare specimens that meet size requirements (e.g. 25.4 * 25.4mm or 25.4 * 128mm).
2. Use special double-sided tape to make the sample into a sandwich structure.
3. Place the sandwich structure between the metal anvil and the aluminum block and press it tightly.
4. Set the test parameters through the touch screen.
5. Start the instrument, and the pendulum automatically releases and strikes the aluminum block.
6. The instrument automatically calculates and displays the energy absorbed by the sample failure (J/m ²).
7. The test results can be output through the thermal printer, or the data can be obtained by connecting to the computer. Linear dispersion.

Please ensure that the sample size and thickness meet the requirements of the instrument (e.g., thickness 0.1 to 5mm).
Check the adhesion of the double-sided tape before use to ensure compliance with the standard (> 486N/m).
