Overview
The YN-CWY01 Corrugating meter is a corrugating tool for corrugated base paper to test corrugated core flat pressing (CMT) and corrugated core vertical pressing (CCT) waveform samples. It is suitable for paper mills, scientific research institutions and Quality control departments to determine the Flat Crush Test and vertical pressing strength of corrugated core paper with a microcomputer Compressive Strength tester.
Features
1. Rotation speed 4.5rpm, Rotation speed error +/- 0.5RPM to ensure Test accuracy
2. Temperature adjustable range RT +~ 200 ℃, Standard Operating temperature 175 +/- 8 ℃, to meet different test requirements
3. Operating Pressure Adjustable Range 49~ 108N, Adapt to Various Test Conditions
4. With over-temperature protection device, the shell temperature does not exceed 50 ° C after the Working time exceeds 2 hours to ensure safe use
5. Real-time monitoring window 155 × 338mm, can be opened at any time to monitor the working status
6. The gear tooth form is A-shaped tooth, the outer diameter of the flute wheel is 228.5 +/- 0.5mm, the number of teeth is 84, and the tooth height is 4.75 +/- 0.05mm, which meets the standard specifications
Principle
The Corrugating meter is heated to a set temperature by an electric hot plate. Operating at a standard temperature of 175 +/- 8 ° C, the flute wheel is swirled/spun at a Rotation speed of 4.5 rpm, and the corrugated base paper is corrugated to form a standard waveform. Sample for subsequent Flat Crush Test and vertical pressure strength test.
Applications
Paper mills, research institutes, Quality control departments
Standards
QB/T 1061、GB/T2679.6、ISO7263-2008
Steps
1. Power on, Set Required Temperature and Operating Pressure
2. Preheat to standard Operating temperature 175 +/- 8 ℃
3. Put the corrugated base paper into the flute wheel for corrugation treatment
4. Observe the working status through the real-time monitoring window
5. Take out the waveform sample and test it with the microcomputer Compressive Strength Tester
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 20 +/- 10 ℃, no vibration, no flammable, corrosion gas
• Check the heating mechanism before use to ensure that the thermal insulation resistance of the electric heating plate is greater than 5MΩ
• Pay attention to the over-temperature protection device to avoid excessive shell temperature caused by long-term work
• Regularly check the gear tooth form and flute wheel size to ensure compliance with standard specifications
• Power supply voltage is AC220V, 50Hz, which needs to be matched
