The YN-CWY02 corrugated base paper flat pressing (CMT) tester is a special equipment for making standard samples of corrugated base paper in the laboratory. It produces a standard corrugated waveform by corrugating the corrugated base paper, so that it can be used to measure the Flat Crush Test and vertical Compressive Strength of the corrugated core base paper with the compression tester. It is an ideal testing equipment for paper mills, scientific research institutions and mass testing departments.
1. Dedicated to making standard corrugated waveforms to measure the flat compression and Compressive Strength of corrugated core base paper. 2. Rotation speed is stable, the error is small, to ensure the conformity of the corrugation process. 3. Operating temperature and pressure adjustable range, can be accurately set according to different paper and process requirements. 4. Equipped with a real-time monitoring window, it is convenient to observe the internal working status of the equipment at any time. 5. The temperature control is accurate, the safety performance is good, and the temperature rise of the shell is low for a long time. 6. Standard A-type cogging wheel and special CCT and CMT fixtures meet standard test requirements.
The measuring instrument rolls the corrugated base paper at a set temperature, pressure and Rotation speed through a pair of heated flute wheels with specific teeth to form a standard corrugated waveform. The corrugated specimen can be used for subsequent Flat Crush Test (CMT) and Vertical Compressive Strength (CCT) tests to evaluate the mechanical properties of the corrugated base paper.

1. Place the equipment in a suitable environment (temperature 20 +/- 10 ° C, no vibration, no corrosion gas) and connect the power supply. 2. According to the paper type to be tested, set the required Operating temperature (room temperature~ 200 ° C) and Operating Pressure (4~ 108N) through the control panel. 3. Preheat the device to the set temperature and ensure that the actual Operating Pressure of the flute wheel does not exceed +/- 10% of the set value. 4. Put the corrugated base paper sample into the paper feeding position as required. 5. Start the equipment, and the flute wheel rolls the base paper with a Rotation speed of 4.5rpm. 6. Observe the corrugation process through the monitoring window and take it out after the sample is formed. 7. The corrugated standard specimen is combined with the corresponding compression tester for Flat Crush Test or Vertical Compressive Strength Test.
* Equipment should be used in Ambient Temperature 20 +/- 10 ℃, no vibration, no flammable and corrosion gas environment. * The set Operating Pressure must be consistent with the actual Operating Pressure of the flute wheel, and the error should not exceed +/- 10%. * Operating temperature (e.g. 177 ° C), the actual temperature error should not exceed 8 ° C. * After the Continuous Operating Time of the equipment exceeds 2 hours, attention should be paid to the shell temperature, which should not exceed 50 ° C. Regularly check the thermal insulation resistance of the electric heating plate to ensure that its value is greater than 5MΩ. Do not put your hands into the monitoring window or flute wheel working area during operation to prevent burns or mechanical injuries. * Please read the relevant Safety Regulations and Operation Manual carefully before use.
