Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the sample by driving the platen through the microcomputer Control system, and loads according to the set test mode (such as fixed value test, compression test, stacking test or compression displacement test). During the test process, the Sensor monitors the force value and displacement in real time, and the data is processed and displayed by the system. Finally, the sample compressire strength, pressure holding capacity, stacking performance or compression deformation are measured.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate equipment specifications according to the carton Dimensions.
2. Place the specimen (e.g. a carton) between the platens to ensure that it is accurately parallel to the platen.
3. Select the test mode (such as pressure test, stacking test, etc.) through Touchscreen and set relevant parameters (force, time, etc.).
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically pressurizes and displays data in real time.
5. After the test is completed, the instrument is automatically reset, recorded, and the results can be output through the printer.
6. For further analysis, the data can be processed through optional computer software.
