Overview
YN-BD02 digital display Benchtop whiteness analyzer is a precision instrument for measuring the whiteness of white and nearly white objects or powder surfaces. It uses blue luminosity R457 as the overall whiteness value, and the ideal surface whiteness with Light spectrum reflection ratio of 1 is 100, and the absolute black surface whiteness with Light spectrum reflection ratio of zero is 0. It can accurately obtain the whiteness value consistent with the apparent Sensitivity, and can accurately measure the Opacity of paper.
Features
1. Using imported original components and high-efficiency low-loss switching power supply, Reliability is high. Effective Illuminant system life can reach 100,000 hours, no need to replace Illuminant.
2. Simple to operate, using a modified color filter system and 45/0 observation conditions can eliminate the influence of the surface glossiness of the measured object on the white metric.
3, the use of reliable activity platform design, effectively avoid measurement aperture leakage; large aperture measurement, more comprehensive and accurate indication.
4. Opacity of accurate measurement paper, stable instrument performance and good measurement data Repeatability.
5. Standard values are transmitted by the national calibration whiteboard, and the measurement is accurate and reliable.
6. Appearance design of the instrument is beautiful and generous, eye-catching in color, safe and firm.
Principle
The YN-BD02 digital display whiteness meter is composed of Illuminant, Optical inspection system, detection system, data processing and display system. Its Working Principle is based on the Standard light source and illumination conditions stipulated by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE). By measuring the diffuse reflection ratio of the object surface to a specific wavelength (blue light R457), the Measured value is compared with the standard whiteboard to calculate the whiteness value consistent with visual perception.
Applications
Spinning & weaving printing and dyeing, paints, chemical building materials, paper Cardboard, plastic products, white cement, ceramics, enamel, porcelain clay, powder tale, starch, flour, salt, detergent, cosmetics and other objects whiteness measurement.
Standards
Enterprise standards Q/TDKY02-2004, GB2913, GB5950, GB8940.1, GB12097, GB13025.2 and other national standards.
