Overview
JW500-01 manual sheet reader is a kind of experimental equipment used to make pulp. It can make various fiber pulps such as plants and minerals after cooking, beating, sieving and standard dredging. Stir in the sheet barrel and then quickly suctionfiltration to form a round paper sheet with a diameter of 200mm for further physical inspection.

Principle
The device puts the pulp into the sheet-copying cylinder after standard dredging, and after Stir, the pulp is dehydrated and formed by means of rapid suctionfiltration to form a circular sheet of specified size.

Steps
1. Put the pulp after cooking, beating, sieving and standard dredging into the sheet copy barrel.
2. Stir and homogenize the pulp in the barrel with a manual sizing board.
3. Rapid suctionfiltration, dehydrate the pulp into a round sheet.
4. Take out the formed φ 200 paper sample for subsequent physical inspection.
Notice
• Before operating the equipment, make sure that the pulp has completed the standard dredging.
• When using a manual sizing board, ensure that the slurry is mixed evenly.
• The suctionfiltration process should be carried out quickly to ensure the forming mass.
• Please confirm whether you need to use the attached vacuum papermaking function according to the experimental requirements.
