Overview
JW-502 numerical control electric Centrifuge is a professional equipment for pulp dehydrating. It is controlled by a single chip microcomputer and equipped with a stainless steel porous drying drum, which can efficiently separate water. It has the characteristics of low vibration, low noise and high dehydrate efficiency. It is widely used in production sites and laboratories in papermaking, Spinning & weaving, printing and dyeing industries.

Principle
The Centrifuge is driven by a motor to swirl/spin at high speed to generate centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, the moisture in the sample is quickly separated and thrown out through the holes of the drying bucket, so as to achieve the purpose of dehydrating.

Steps
1. Put the sample to be dehydrated into the stainless steel drying bucket.
2. Preset the dehydrate time (0-99.59 seconds) through the control panel.
3. Select the dehydrated speed (2800 rpm or 1400 rpm).
4. Start the device and start the dehydrating process.
5. After the dehydration is completed, the device automatically stops and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V 50Hz.
• The dehydrated weight must not exceed 500g.
• Please check whether the equipment is placed smoothly before use.
• Do not open the cover or perform Miscellaneous operations while the equipment is in operation.
• Regularly clean and maintain equipment to ensure its performance.
