Overview
JW500-3 pattern reader (fast Kaiser method sheet reader) is a laboratory equipment that integrates the functions of sheet copying and vacuum drying. It is mainly used for research and experiments in paper research institutes and paper mills. The equipment can copy pulp into a 200mm diameter pattern and dry it through a vacuum dryer for subsequent physical strength inspection of the pattern to identify the pulp raw material performance and pulping process specifications. At the same time, it can also be used to complete pulp washing and condensing experiments.
Features
1. Integrated design of copying and vacuum drying functions.
2. Equipped with a white water circulation system.
3. Adopt electric sizing method.
4. Support compressed air homogenization, manual homogenization and electric valve drainage.
5. Vacuumpump assisted suctionfiltration molding, can copy ultra-thick paper samples.
6. Equipped with a spray washing device.
7. The equipment countertop is made of stainless steel (304L).
8. The drying body is equipped with a resilience suction flattening device, and the paper pattern drying Film thickness can reach 10mm.
9. Using three-stage centrifugal Vacuumpump, using Venturi tube principle and centrifugal vacuum technology, it has the characteristics of small size, compact structure, large air extraction capacity, high vacuum degree, maintenance-free and adaptable to harsh working environment.
10. Provide three drying interfaces: mirror plate drying, glue panel drying and glycerin capsule drying.
Principle
The device feeds the pulp into a sheet reader by means of an electric sizing system, and homogenizes it using compressed air or manually. Subsequently, the pulp forms a wet sheet on the forming line by means of Vacuumpump-assisted suctionfiltration. After the sheet copying is completed, the wet pattern is transferred to a vacuum dryer. The dryer quickly removes moisture from the pattern by heating (Temperature range 95 ° C -120 ° C) combined with vacuum suction. The built-in resilience suction flattening device during the drying process ensures that the pattern is flat, and finally obtains a drying pattern that can be used for physical performance testing.
Applications
Research and Experiment of Paper Research Institutes and Paper Mills
Standards
QB/T3703-1999 (preparation of pulp laboratory sheets + conventional sheet shaper method), ISO 5269/2, ISO 5269/3, NBR 14380/99, TAPPI T-205, DIN 54358, ZM V/8/76
Steps
1. Prepare pulp samples and wash or condense (if required) using the device's spray washer.
2. Start the equipment and use the electric sizing system to feed the processed pulp into the sheet reader.
3. Select compressed air homogenization or manual homogenization according to requirements to ensure uniform distribution of pulp.
4. Turn on the Vacuumpump for auxiliary suctionfiltration, so that the pulp forms a wet sheet on the forming filter (e.g. 60 mesh or 80 mesh).
5. Use wool cloth pressure roller or standard stainless steel pressure plate/pressure roller to press and dehydrate the wet paper sheet.
6. Transfer the molded wet pattern to a vacuum dryer.
7. Set the appropriate drying temperature (95 ° C -120 ° C) and time (about 5 to 8 minutes) according to the sample quantification (such as 30-85g/m2).
8. Start the drying procedure, the drying device dries the pattern by heating and vacuum suction, and the resilience suction flattening device ensures that the pattern is flat.
9. After drying, take out the paper sample and perform subsequent physical strength inspection.
Notice
Please familiarize yourself with the structure and function of the equipment before operation to ensure correct use.
* Power supply voltage matches equipment requirements and is safely grounded.
* When using Vacuumpump, pay attention to its working environment, although the pump adaptability, but still should avoid extreme harsh conditions affect the life.
* Choose three drying interfaces (mirror plate, rubber plate or glycerin capsule) correctly according to the experimental requirements (such as the surface characteristics of the paper sample).
* When copying ultra-thick paper samples, pay attention to control the slurry concentration and suctionfiltration time to ensure the molding mass.
Regularly check the status of molded filters (e.g. 60 mesh, 80 mesh), pressure rollers, and other accessories, and promptly clean or replace them.
* The countertop of the equipment is made of stainless steel, please use the appropriate method when cleaning to avoid scratches.
* The drying temperature should not exceed 120 ° C, and the drying time should be precisely controlled according to the quantity of the paper sample to prevent the paper sample from being too dry or damaged.
* Equipment weight of 300KG, installation should ensure that the ground is flat and stable.
Before performing maintenance or cleaning, be sure to disconnect the power supply of the equipment.
