Overview
JINGWEN JW104Q Pneumatic Cardboard Quantitative Sampler, also known as Gravimeter, is a precision instrument specially designed for paper quantitative determination and physical performance sampling of sheet burst resistance experiments. It is manufactured according to the QB/T 1671-98 standard and can efficiently and accurately punch out standard samples.

Principle
After the paper is placed in the center of the chassis, the pneumatic system is triggered by the foot switch to drive the upper punching knife to complete the punching action quickly and vertically. The standard round sample is automatically slid out through the chute, and then the upper punching knife is automatically reset to the starting position.

Steps
1. Place the instrument smoothly on a firm bench.
2. Place the paper to be tested flat in the center of the chassis.
3. Press the foot switch with your foot to complete a sampling, and the sample will slide out of the side chute.
4. After the upper flushing knife is automatically reset, the sample is taken out for follow-up testing.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed on a stable and firm working surface before use.
• When placing the paper, make sure it is flat and located in the center of the chassis to ensure sampling accuracy.
• Please use the foot switch correctly when operating, and pay attention to safety.
• Please confirm that it is within the scope of application of the instrument according to the paper Film thickness (0.1~ 1.2mm).
• Regular maintenance to ensure the accuracy of the punching parts and the normal operation of the pneumatic system.
