JINGWEN JW-111Q Pneumatic Tear Strength Tester is a fully automatic testing instrument, specially designed to adapt to the R & D and production of automation technology, using pneumatic clamps without manually tightening the sample. The instrument is used to detect the tear resistance of materials. Principle
Based on the principle of Ailimendorf method, the instrument is used to fix the specimen with a pneumatic fixture, apply force under the conditions of setting the tearing arm and initial angle, and measure the force required during the tearing process of the material to evaluate its tearing resistance.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it in the fixture
2. Start the pneumatic clamp to automatically tighten the sample
3. Set test parameters through the LCD interface
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically completes the tearing process
5. View the real-time display data and output the results through the thermal printer
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of 0~ 35 ℃
• Allowable relative humidity should be less than 85%
• Ensure that the sample size meets the requirements of the paper surface 25 * 15mm
• Regularly check whether the pneumatic fixture function is normal
• Avoid using the instrument beyond the Measurement range
