Overview
JW-122-1 type whiteness analyzer (also known as whiteness meter, whiteness meter) is mainly used for measurement of paper and Cardboard, Pulp and chemical fiber pulp, cotton and chemical fiber, Spinning & weaving products, plastics, ceramics, pond porcelain, starch, salt, white cement, porcelain clay, tale powder and other objects whiteness, but also the measurement of thin material Opacity and other Optical Properties. The instrument uses d/o lighting to observe Geometry conditions, diffuse ball diameter 150mm, test hole diameter 30mm, equipped with light absorber, eliminating the influence of mirror reflection of the sample.

Principle
The instrument obtains "blue light whiteness" or "ISO whiteness" by measuring the blue light diffuse reflection factor (R457) of the sample, analyzes whether the sample material contains Fluorescent Whitening Agent and measures the fluorescence whiteness, measures the luminance stimulation value of the sample Y10 (green light diffuse reflection factor Ry), and measures the Opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient and light absorption coefficient of the sample. The analog D65 illuminator is used to illuminate, which meets the standard illuminator and illumination observation conditions.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the test plane is not less than 30mm and the thickness is not more than 40mm.
2. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50Hz 0.2A) to ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is 0 ℃~ 40 ℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%.
3. Select the test project through the Chinese graphical menu interface.
4. Place the sample in the test hole for measurement.
5. Read and record test results such as whiteness, fluorescent whiteness, and Opacity.

• Ensure that the sample size meets the requirements: the test plane is not less than φ 30mm, and the thickness is not more than 40mm.
