Overview
JINGWEN JWSB-3 intelligent whiteness tester can be widely used in Spinning & weaving printing and dyeing, paints, chemical building materials, paper Cardboard, plastic products, white cement, ceramics, enamels, porcelain clay, tale powder, starch, flour, salt, detergent, cosmetics and other objects whiteness measurement, and can calculate paper Opacity. The instrument is composed of Illuminant, Optical inspection system, detection system, microcomputer data processing and display system, and is designed in full accordance with the Standard light source and illumination conditions stipulated by the International Commission on Illumination (CIE).
Features
1. Determine the blue light 457 nm diffuse reflection factor (r457) of the sample, which is called "blue light whiteness r457".
2. Determine whether the sample contains Fluorescent Whitening Agent (select model WSB-3), and measure the fluorescence whiteness value generated by fluorescence emission, which is called "fluorescence whiteness F" or "whiteness F".
3. Using LED Illuminant, the test conditions comply with GB/T3978 regulations.
4. Use LCD liquid crystal display, measurement aperture φ 30mm, resolution 0.1.
5. Repeatability 0.2, Indication Error ≤ +/- 1.
Principle
Light spectrum diffuse reflection ratio is 1, the ideal surface whiteness is 100, Light spectrum diffuse reflection ratio is zero, the absolute black surface whiteness is 0. Illuminant, Optical inspection system, detection system and microcomputer data processing system can accurately determine the whiteness value of the sample.
