Principle
Using d/8 (diffuse illumination, 8 ° direction reception) reflection Measurement conditions, SCI (including specular reflection) and SCE (excluding specular reflection) measurements are performed simultaneously. The instrument uses a full Light spectrum LED Illuminant, and a silicon photodiode array Sensor receives the signal through a concave grating spectroscopy method. Light spectrum analysis is performed at 10nm intervals in the 400~ 700nm Wavelength range.
