Principle
The testing machine drives the transmission system through a stepper motor, so that the upper and lower grippers produce relative movement. During the test, the sample (such as adhesive tape) is clamped on the upper and lower clamps according to the standard method (such as folding 90 ° and peeling off a certain gluing surface) to ensure that the disbonding surface is consistent with the test machine force line. The machine performs continuous disbonding at a set constant speed (such as 300mm/min). Steps
1. Specimen preparation: Fold the free end of the sample in half by 90 degrees and peel off the gluing surface 25mm from the test plate.
2. Clamping the sample: Clamp the free end of the sample and the test plate on the upper and lower grippers respectively to ensure that the disbonding surface is consistent with the test machine line.
3. Setting parameters: Set the disbonding speed (e.g. 300mm/min +/- 10mm) according to the standard (e.g. GB/T2792).
4. Start the test: Start the testing machine for continuous disbonding, and the automatic recorder will draw the disbonding Linear dispersion.
5. Result calculation: In the distance range of 20-80mm after disbonding Linear dispersion, read a force value every 20mm, read at least 4 numbers, and then calculate the average value as the test result.
Notice
• When clamping the sample, make sure that the disbonding surface is consistent with the direction of the force line of the testing machine to ensure the accuracy of the test data.
• Before testing, the sample should be strictly prepared according to relevant standards (such as GB/T2792), such as controlling the length of the peeled gluing surface.
