Principle
The test machine makes sure that the disbonding surface is consistent with the test machine line by folding the free end of the sample in half 180 degrees and peeling it off the test plate, gluing the surface 25mm, and then clamping it on the upper and lower grippers. Continuous disbonding at a disbonding speed of 300mm/min +/- 10mm, the automatic recorder plots the disbonding Linear dispersion, and calculates the disbonding force according to the standard. The test results are calculated within a distance of 20-80mm after peeling, and the values are read every 20mm, and the average value is taken at least 4 points.

Steps
1. Fold the free end of the sample 180 degrees and peel it off from the test plate with a gluing surface of 25mm.
2. Clamp the free end of the sample and the test plate on the upper and lower grippers respectively to ensure that the disbonding surface is consistent with the test machine line;
3. The testing machine continuously disbonding at a disbonding speed of 300mm/min +/- 10mm, and the automatic recorder plots the disbonding Linear dispersion;
4. The test results are calculated according to the distance of 20-80mm after peeling;
5. Read a number every 20mm within the disbonding range, at least 4 numbers;
6. Determine the average value of the read values.
7. Generate A4 paper size print report, Linear dispersion analysis;
8. Resolve the MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum and Average in the sample;
9. Calculate the results of different intervals and take point analysis.
Notice
• Ensure that the specimen is firmly clamped to avoid slippage affecting the test results.
