Overview
The NGP40-CLO2-Y portable residual chlorine detector adopts DPD photometry, which is based on the principle of photoelectric Colorimetric detection, replaces the traditional visual Colorimetry, eliminates human error, and has high measurement resolution. The instrument measures the residual chlorine concentration by detecting the depth of the water sample after the reaction with the DPD reagent. It is suitable for water plants, industrial and mining enterprises and domestic or industrial water inspection departments to control the water quality to meet the specified standards. This instrument conforms to the measurement method of disinfectant indicators in the national standard "GBT 5750.11-2006 standard inspection method for drinking water".
Features
1. Small and beautiful appearance, simple operation, stable and maintenance-free operation, capable of long-term reliable operation.
2. Equipped with large-screen LCD display, clear digital display, low drift, High Accuracy circuit system.
3. Adopt high-intensity long-life light source, no need to replace, preheat for 30 seconds to work normally.
4. Using DPD Colorimetry assay, randomly equipped with rapid assay reagents.
Principle
The instrument adopts DPD spectrophotometry based on the principle of photoelectric Colorimetric detection. During the measurement, the chloride ion in the water reacts with the DPD reagent, making the water sample pink. The water sample is placed in the photoelectric Colorimetric seat of the instrument, and the instrument obtains the corresponding residual chlorine concentration value by comparing the depth of Color.
Applications
Water works, industrial and mining enterprises, domestic or industrial water inspection departments
Standards
GBT 5750.11-2006 drinking water standard inspection method
Steps
1. Preheat the instrument for 30 seconds.
2. React the water sample with DPD reagent, and the water sample turns pink.
3. Put the reacted water sample into the photoelectric Colorimetric seat of the instrument.
4. Color depth is automatically compared and residual chlorine concentration is displayed.
