Overview
PUYUN PY-H600A circular film paper Cardboard non-woven fabric gram weight Sampler is a special punching and cutting device designed according to national standards. The product cuts standard area samples by stamping and is used in conjunction with Precision Balance to detect the quantification (gram weight) of paper, Cardboard, film and non-woven fabrics.
Features
The sampling area standard is 100cm ², and the error is controlled within +/- 0.35cm.
2. High sampling accuracy, Precision up to +/- 0.2mm.
3. Film thickness range of applicable materials, can handle 0.1~ 1.0mm samples.
4. Using stamping sampling method, the operation is stable and reliable.
5. The weight of the whole machine is 22kg, the structure is stable, and the Dimension is 220 * 300 * 435mm.
Principle
The Sampler works according to the punching principle. When used, the punching edge is driven manually or mechanically to precisely punch out a standard round sample with an area of 100 cm ² from the material to be tested. Subsequently, the cut standard sample is weighed on the Precision Balance, and by calculating the mass per unit area, the quantitative (gram weight) data of the material can be obtained.
Applications
Paper, Cardboard, Film, Non-woven Fabric Gram Weight (Quantitative) Testing
Standards
GB/T 451.2、ISO 536、QB/T1671-1998
Steps
Place the Sampler in a suitable working environment (temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C, humidity < 85%).
2. Place the paper, Cardboard, film or nonwoven samples to be tested flat on the Sampler base.
3. Operate the Sampler handle to cut the circular specimen by stamping.
4. Remove the cut standard area (100cm ²) sample.
5. Use Precision Balance to weigh the mass of the specimen.
6. According to the sample area and the weighed mass, the quantity (gram weight) of the material is calculated.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is placed smoothly before use.
• The sampling Film thickness should be within the range of 0.1~ 1.0mm, beyond the range may affect the sampling accuracy or damage the knife edge.
It is recommended to operate in an environment with a temperature of (20 +/- 10) ° C and a humidity of < 85% for more accurate test results.
• Regularly clean and maintain the Sampler blade to keep it sharp and clean.
• Please pay attention to safety when operating and avoid placing your hands under the punching area.
