PUYUN PY-E628 paper Cardboard fast halogen moisture tester is a rapid moisture detection instrument using the principle of halogen lamp pyrolysis weight. While measuring the weight of the sample, the instrument quickly dries the sample through the halogen lamp heating unit and water evaporation channel, and continues to measure and display the percentage of water loss in real time during the drying process. After the drying procedure is completed, the final measurement value is locked and displayed.

Principle
This moisture tester works based on the pyrolysis weighting principle. While weighing the initial weight of the sample, the instrument starts the halogen lamp heating unit to perform rapid heating drying on the sample, so that the water in the sample evaporates. During the drying process, the instrument continuously measures the weight of the sample reduced due to water evaporation, and calculates and displays the percentage of water content lost in real time. When the drying procedure is completed, the final moisture content measurement value is locked and displayed.

Steps
1. Place the sample (0.5-110 g) on the instrument pan.
2. Set the required heating temperature (40 ° C to 199 ° C) and heating time (1-99 seconds).
3. Start the instrument and the halogen lamp starts heating and drying the sample.
4. The instrument continuously measures and displays the real-time moisture content during the drying process.
5. After the drying procedure is completed, the final moisture content value is locked and displayed.
