PUYUN PY-H611 paper and Cardboard internal bonding strength tester, also known as interlayer bonding strength tester or interlayer disbonding tester, is a professional testing instrument for detecting the interlayer bonding strength (internal bonding strength) of sheet materials such as paper, Cardboard, paper composites and film composites.

Principle
According to the standard method, the instrument fixes the specimen of a specified size with an adjustable clamping force through a specific fixture, and applies a disbonding force to the specimen with a fully automatic release mechanism at a 90 ° Impact angle. Measurement and calculation of the energy required for the separation of the sample layers are used to obtain the value of its internal bonding strength.

Steps
1.Preparative 25.4mm × 25.4mm standard specimen.
2. Place the specimen in the instrument fixture and adjust the clamping force as required.
3. Select or set relevant test parameters on the operation interface.
4. Start the test and the instrument will automatically release and complete the disbonding process.
5. After the test is completed, the screen displays the results, and the data can be output through the built-in printer.

Before testing, make sure that the sample size meets the requirements of 25.4mm × 25.4mm.
• According to the estimated sample strength, choose the appropriate measurement range (A or B).
• The clamping force of the instrument can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 400N according to the characteristics of the sample.
