Overview
PUYUN PY-H801B tensile strength tester, also known as paper tensile strength tester, is a horizontal equipment, dedicated to testing the tensile strength of paper Cardboard, elongation, fracture length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index and tensile energy absorption index and other key mechanical properties.
Features
1. Strength resolution up to 1/100000, force value Precision +/- 0.1% (20~ 100% FS).
2. High-frequency data analytics sampling with a sampling frequency of 400 times/second.
3. Equipped with pneumatic automatic clamping sample, the clamping pressure can be adjusted from 0.2 to 0.7 MPa.
4. Test speed 1~ 500mm/min stepless speed, high accuracy, such as (1~ 10) mm/min +/- 0.1mm/min.
5. Adopt Taiwan single-column structure precision ball screw drive.
6. Equipped with a 7.0-inch touch screen operation platform, the detection status is displayed with Linear dispersion diagram.
7. Built-in modular integrated thermal printer.
8. Equipped with a rapid sensing protection device PROTEC SYSTEM.
Principle
The instrument is fixed by a pneumatic clamping device, and the chuck is driven by a precision ball screw for constant-speed stretching. During the stretching process, the High Accuracy Sensor collects real-time force and displacement data, and analyzes it through a high-speed sampling system. Finally, the tensile strength, elongation and other related performance indicators are calculated.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate range of force values according to the sample type (e.g. 3~ 30N for household paper, 6~ 500N for Miscellaneous paper).
2. Set the required test clip spacing within the range of 1 to 250mm.
3. Set the stretching speed within the range of 1 to 500mm/min.
4. Place the specimen in the pneumatic chuck and initiate automatic clamping.
5. Start the test through the touch screen, and the instrument automatically completes stretching, data collection and calculation.
6. The test results can be output through the built-in thermal printer.
Notice
Please ensure that the air source pressure is within the adjustable range of 0.2-0.7MPa before use.
* Specimen size should be in the range of 1-25mm Film thickness.
Equipment should be placed on a stable work surface.
Regularly check the lubrication and cleaning of the drive screw.
Do not touch moving parts during operation.
