Principle
Tearing strength of the material is measured by the force generated by the free swing of the pendulum body, when the bottom end of the pendulum body is tested at a distance of 6mm from the floor, the sample is torn under specific clamping conditions, and the material is evaluated by the measurement of the force value in the tearing process. Tear resistance performance.

Steps
1. The size of the prepared sample is (63 +/- 0.5) mm * (50 +/- 2) mm
2. Install the sample in the paper clip, the size of the paper clip is 25 * 15mm
3. Set the appropriate measurement gear (A or B)
4. Start the test, and the pendulum swings freely to tear.
5. Read the test results to ensure that the reading is within 20% to 80% of the full scale
6. Check whether the tear offset is less than 10mm of the knife edge extension cable.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 0~ 35 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be less than 85%
• Use 220V, 50Hz power supply
• Test readings should be within 20% to 80% of full scale
• The tear offset should be less than 10mm of the knife edge extension cable (when the offset number is less than 2)
• Make sure the distance between the paper jacks is 2.8 +/- 0.3mm
• The number of free pendulums should meet the requirements: min ≥ 20, mid ≥ 25, stand ≥ 35
