PY-H607 Corrugating meter is a computer Corrugating meter produced by PUYUN, which is used for flat and vertical Compressive Strength testing of corrugated base paper after corrugating in the laboratory. The equipment is specially used to make standard corrugated waveform samples, and can be used with a compression tester to determine the Flat Crush Test and Compressive Strength of corrugated core base paper. It complies with QB/T 1061, GB/T 2679.6 and ISO 7263-2-2019 standards, and is suitable for paper mills, scientific research and mass testing institutions.

Principle
The Corrugating meter is heated to the standard Operating temperature by an electric hot plate, and the corrugated base paper is flexed under an adjustable pressure to form a standard corrugated waveform. After flexing, the sample is used to measure Flat Crush Test and Compressive Strength with a compression tester to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Steps
Connect the device to an AC220V, 50Hz power supply.
2. Operating temperature to standard range, such as 175 +/- 8 ℃.
3. Adjust the Operating Pressure to between 49 and 108N.
4. Start the equipment to corrugate the corrugated base paper at a 4.5rpm Rotation speed.
5. After making a standard corrugated waveform sample, use a compression tester to measure the strength.
Notice
• Ensure Ambient Temperature at 20 +/- 10 ℃, no vibration, no flammable and corrosion gas.
• Working time of the equipment exceeds 2 hours, pay attention to the shell temperature does not exceed 50 ℃.
• Before use, check that the thermal insulation resistance of the electric heating plate should be greater than 5MΩ.
• Avoid exceeding the pressure adjustable range of 49~ 108N during operation.
• Maintain gears and flutes regularly to ensure dimensional accuracy.
