Principle
The paper cutter cuts the material placed on the panel of the 304 stainless steel sampling table through the relative movement of the upper and lower two sets of high-Hardness blades (the upper blade thickness is 7.5mm, and the lower blade thickness is 11mm). During operation, the material is fed through the paper feed height of 6mm, and the linear guide rail is used to ensure the parallel and stable cutting path. Combined with the triangular inclined surface ruler, precise distance adjustment is carried out, and finally the standard sample cutting with high parallelism (≤ 0.1mm) is realized.

Steps
