Principle
The testing machine works based on the principle of three-point bending test. The precision ball screw is driven by the High Accuracy frequency conversion motor, which drives the movement of the transmission link and the fixture, and applies a vertical load to the middle of the sample placed on the two support points to bend it. The High Accuracy Force Sensor real-time measurement of the force value change during bending, so as to calculate the performance parameters such as the anti-bending stiffness or Cong force of the material.

Steps
1. According to the sample specifications, adjust the spacing between the two support fixtures.
2. Place the specimen flat on the two support clamps.
3. Set the test speed and other parameters through the control panel or software.
4. Start the test, and the indenter moves downward to apply a load to the middle of the sample until the sample is bent or reaches the set conditions.
5. The equipment automatically records and displays data such as force value and displacement, and calculates stiffness or related performance indicators.
6. After the test is completed, return the indenter to its initial position and remove the sample.
Notice
Before testing, make sure the equipment is placed horizontally and firmly.
• According to the sample material and standard requirements, correctly select and install the appropriate fixture.
When setting parameters, do not exceed the maximum range and travel range of the equipment.
When placing the specimen, ensure that its center is aligned with the indenter and is flat and free of wrinkles.
• During operation, it is strictly forbidden to extend your hands or Miscellaneous parts of the body into the area of the fixture and moving parts.
• In case of emergency, press the emergency stop switch immediately.
• Regularly clean and maintain the equipment to check whether the components are normal.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the internal electrical and mechanical components of the equipment.
