Principle
The cup body stiffness tester is designed with double measurement heads to automatically lift the tray during the test process, apply pressure to the cup body, and measure its stiffness strength. The microcomputer system controls the Test speed, displays the Linear dispersion in real time, and automatically judges the initial state to ensure the accuracy of the data.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the working environment meets the requirements
2. Place the paper cup on the tray and adjust it to the appropriate position

Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz to avoid voltage instability
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 20 +/- 15 ° C, Humidity less than 85%
• The diameter of the paper cup should be within the range of 50~ 150mm, and the height should be 30-150mm.
• Check the spherical size of the probe and the deviation of the shaft to the line before the test to ensure that it is less than 0.2mm.
