Overview
Peel Strength Sampler (model: PY-H611A) is a special sampling knife launched by PUYUN for cutting samples that meet the standards to cooperate with the Interlayer bond strength tester for paper, Cardboard, bobbin paper, brand paper, gray cardboard, composite and other sheet materials. Its sampling size is 25.4mm * 130mm, suitable for materials with film thickness range of 0.05 to 1.2mm.

Principle
The Sampler uses a precise mechanical structure, lever principle, and guide bearings to ensure smooth and accurate blade movement when cutting the sample, thus cutting out a standard sample with a size of 25.4mm * 130mm and a parallelism of less than or equal to 0.015mm, providing a sample that meets the requirements for subsequent internal bonding strength testing.

Steps
1. Place the material to be tested flat on the Sampler table.
2. Adjust the material position to ensure that the area to be sampled is located below the knife edge.
3. Operate the Sampler handle and press down smoothly to complete the cutting.
4. Take out the cut standard sample (size: 25.4mm * 130mm).
5. Use the sample for subsequent Interlayer bond strength tester testing.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is clean and the blade is sharp before use.
• Materials should be placed flat during sampling to avoid wrinkles or tilts.
• Do not use beyond the sampling Film thickness range (0.05~ 1.2mm).
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid hands close to the knife edge.
• Maintain equipment regularly and check the condition of bearings and blades.
