PY-H606B Corrugated Board Thickness Tester is a professional testing equipment produced by PUYUN, which is mainly used to detect the thickness of Corrugated Board and carton products, and can also be used to detect the thickness of films, mica sheets, sheet composites and other materials.

Principle
The instrument applies pressure to the sample through a measurement head with a standard contact pressure of 20 +/- 0.5kpa and a standard contact area of 1000 +/- 20mm ². The material thickness is detected by a High Accuracy Sensor. Measurement accuracy and Stability are ensured by a four-point positioning and a lateral parallel positioning system.

Steps
1. Place the instrument in a working environment with a temperature of (20 +/- 10) ° C and Humidity < 85%
2. Turn on the power supply and turn it on to warm up.
3. Place the sample on the measurement platform
4. Adjust the measurement head to the sample contact
5. Read the thickness value on the display
6. Record measurement results
