Overview
PUYUN PY-H606E Plastic film thickness gauge is a High Accuracy measuring instrument designed for detecting Film thickness of Plastic film, paper and other materials. The instrument is an ideal tool for film production enterprises and mass supervision and inspection departments to carry out Film thickness measurement, with high resolution and High Accuracy characteristics.
Features
1. High Accuracy measurement, resolution up to 0.001mm, Indication Error +/- 0.05%.
2. The contact pressure is stable, with a standard contact pressure of 1N.
3. High parallelism of measurement surface, ≤ 0.001mm, to ensure measurement accuracy.
4. Measurement range is wide, up to 0-4mm.
5. Portable design, the weight of the whole machine is only 2kg.
Principle
The thickness gauge works according to the principle of mechanical measurement. The instrument contacts the sample at a standard 1N contact pressure through a measurement head with a diameter of 10mm, and measures the distance between two parallel measurement planes through the High Accuracy Sensor, thereby directly reading the film thickness value of the sample.
Applications
Plastic film production enterprises, paper production enterprises, mass supervision and inspection departments, scientific research institutions
Standards
GB/T 24328.2 "Film and its products", GB 6672 "Plastic film and thin film thickness determination, mechanical measurement method"
Steps
Place the thickness gauge in a stable working environment with temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and humidity < 85%.
2. Boot preheat and zero calibrate.
3. Place the film or sheet sample to be tested flat on the measurement table.
4. Operate the measurement head down so that it is in full contact with the sample at 1N standard pressure.
5. Read and record Film thickness values displayed on the instrument display.
6. Raise the measurement head, take out the sample, and the measurement is complete.
Notice
• Before use, ensure that the instrument is stable under standard temperature and humidity environment.
• Zero must be calibrated before measurement to ensure measurement accuracy.
When placing the sample, ensure that it is flat and free of folds or foreign matter.
• The contact surface of the measurement head should be kept clean to avoid pollution affecting the measurement results.
• The instrument should be handled with care to avoid violent vibration or impact.
• When not in use for a long time, it should be properly stored in a drying environment.
