Principle
The incubator sets the target temperature and operating period through the program controller. The temperature sensor in the box monitors the temperature in real time. The controller compares the set value with the measured value, and precisely adjusts the temperature in the box by controlling the heating element and the Compressor (intermittent operation) to stabilize it within the set range. The system continuously monitors the environment temperature, protection temperature and equipment status. Once there is an abnormality such as overtemperature or Sensor failure, the corresponding software and hardware protection mechanisms will be triggered.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment, and the environment temperature is recommended to be 0~ 35 ° C.
Connect a power supply that meets the specifications (220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz).
3. Set the required parameters such as foster temperature, operating period and protection temperature through the large-screen LCD controller.
4. Place the sample to be fostered and close the box door.
5. Start the device, the system starts to run according to the set program, and the running status and temperature of each point can be monitored on the screen.
6. After the operation, remove the sample and perform equipment cleaning and maintenance as required.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working environment temperature is between 0 and 35 ° C, and ensure good ventilation.
• Must use a power supply that meets specifications (220V +/- 22V, 50Hz +/- 0.5Hz).
• The Compressor has a 3-minute delay protection, and frequent switching should pay attention to the interval.
• Do not open the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the Temperature Uniformity and Stability.
• Pay attention to the alarm information of the monitoring equipment. If there is an abnormal alarm such as overtemperature, please deal with it in time.
